From the home screen, users can browse listed properties with brief details, including photos and basic features. Filtering tools can also be used to easily identify suitable properties based on location, price, size, condition, and amenities.

When opening any ad, all the property details are displayed, including a full description, additional information, photos, and even a video if the advertiser has included one.

The app allows registered users to log in and out freely, and also allows them to save their account information. Once logged in, users can take advantage of several additional features, such as:

Add properties to Favorites and view them later on a separate screen.

Post a new real estate ad by filling out the required information and specifying the property's display duration.

The app allows users to add properties for comparison to evaluate multiple properties side by side in an organized manner.

All published ads undergo a review by the management team, where the information provided is verified before being displayed on the app. The system administrator (administrator) has the authority to:

Approve the ad so that it is visible to all users.

Reject the ad, allowing the user to send a reason for rejection, enabling them to modify the information and resubmit it.

Automatically delete the ad after the advertiser's specified period of time has expired.

After the ad is accepted, the user is not allowed to modify it again to maintain transparency and credibility for buyers.
