AccuRate Heart Rate Monitor lets you measure your pulse and heart rate in about 15 seconds using only your Android phone’s rear camera. No smartwatch, account, sign-up, or extra equipment is required. Take unlimited offline readings, view beats per minute, save heart wave traces, and tag readings with contexts such as resting, exercise, or waking up.

Track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly trends, estimate resting heart rate and VO2 max, review training zones, and use breathing exercises with before-and-after pulse readings. The app supports Health Connect, CSV export, reminders, adjustable sensitivity, camera selection, and flash controls. Measurements are free with optional one-time ad removal—no subscription. AccuRate is a wellness tool, not a medical device or ECG, and does not diagnose or treat conditions.
