Overview

Features & Capabilities

Running social media for more than one brand turns into an app-by-app scramble fast.

RepeatPost is a social media scheduler for whoever ends up doing the posting, whether that's a creator, a small business, an agency or a marketing team. Connect your channels once and write the post once. Every channel gets its own caption and character limit, and a preview shows how the post will look on each network (WordPress aside), so an awkward crop shows up while you can still fix it.

It covers 15 channels: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Dribbble, WordPress and Google Business Profile. Mastodon works with any instance, including self-hosted. On X, Bluesky, Mastodon and Threads you compose real multi-part threads instead of one long block.

HOW SCHEDULING WORKS

Schedule a post for the exact minute, or drop it into a per-channel queue that runs on recurring slots you set once. Recommended times for each platform will fill those slots in one go, or you can set a weekly posting goal and build them from that. Rescheduling is just moving the time, and if a post fails you can retry it.

You can bulk-schedule up to 100 posts to one channel from a single CSV. Nothing is created until every row checks out, so one bad date can't leave you with half an import.

On networks that support it, you can line up first comments before a post is live: a chain of follow-ups, each on its own delay, from minutes to days. It's a good place to park hashtags so the caption stays clean.

WHAT RUNS AFTER IT POSTS

Social media automation in RepeatPost only kicks in once a post is live. For auto-comment or auto-repost you set a like count, and when the post reaches it RepeatPost drops in a comment you prepared, or reposts it. Comment-to-DM is triggered by a keyword instead, so when someone comments LINK under your post, they get a reply and a DM with your link. Automations only run on networks that allow them, and some options depend on your plan.

WHO APPROVES WHAT

If somebody on your team signs off on social media posts before they go out, this is where that happens.

Send a post for approval, and whoever reviews it approves it, or declines it with a written reason. Notes and @mentions stay internal to the team, and owners and admins get an audit log of who changed what. Everything waiting for review sits in one Approvals tab, which beats a hundred email threads.

There are four roles (Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer), and you set each person's access channel by channel, so a freelancer can post straight to one account and still need sign-off on another.

Switching between client workspaces takes two taps. Save a client's usual accounts as a channel group and one tap selects the lot, and a read-only calendar link lets the client see what's coming without logging in.

THE REST OF IT

Comments on the posts you publish through RepeatPost land in one inbox, where you can reply to them, like them and mark them resolved without opening each network. Bulk resolve exists for the weeks when the backlog wins.

Analytics charts impressions, reactions, comments, shares and clicks against the previous period, so you're not building the social media report in a spreadsheet. It works on the networks that report those numbers: Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn, Threads, X and YouTube. Pick one channel and the charts switch to that network's own numbers, like followers or video views.

An AI chat sits inside the composer. It drafts captions and hashtags, and when you're short on images or video it'll generate those too. Depending on your plan, your media can come straight from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Photos or Canva.

There's a free plan; first comments, team and client tools, the inbox, analytics, X publishing and media imports depend on your plan. Connect an account and see whether it fits how you work.
