Same complaint as everyone else. This app doesn't actually work. Looks like since at least 2020 people have been complaining about it. The fact that rental companies can install these (and not provide a physical key to go with it) even though the app doesn't work should be illegal!!!

It's never worked right. It takes forever to connect which take the convenience away,and it's not my phone because all my other apps work fine. Waste of space
