Cons

App is very glitchy and unstable, with frequent error messages when attempting to view listings.
Loading times are extremely slow and often result in timeouts or the app freezing.
The app fails to synchronize with user accounts created through the website, causing issues with saving favorites.
Filtering options are inadequate, leading to irrelevant results when searching for rentals.
The map feature is often problematic and reverts locations unexpectedly.

Recent reviews

The service is great if you're using it via desktop but the phone app is super glitchy and won't always show all available rental units and won't always let you view ones that are available stating some error message. All in all, it's an ok service, the app just need to be updated a bit more

Errors everywhere. Can't view more than 2 pics through thumbnails and can't view a posting. Any posting. None! You click on a post and it says Java something error. Reinstalled the app, removed cache... Nothing!
