RemindSafe

RemindSafe is a reminder app for the things you must not forget: a family birthday, the rent, an insurance policy that is about to expire, the medicine you take every morning. It reminds you at the right moment and stays quiet the rest of the time.

It works offline. There is no account to create and there are no ads. What you add stays on your phone.

REMINDERS FOR REAL LIFE

• Birthdays and anniversaries repeat every year by themselves. Add the birth year and the card shows "Turns 30". Import birthdays from your contacts in one tap, then send a wish on WhatsApp, call or text.
• Bills and payments: rent, EMIs and insurance premiums can repeat every few weeks, months or years.
• Documents that expire: passport, driving licence, insurance, warranty. Get reminded days before, not on the last day.
• Trips, with a packing checklist.
• Tasks and anything else that has a date.
• Add a reminder by voice. Say "Pay rent tomorrow at 5 pm".

DAILY ROUTINES

Drink water, take medicine, stand up and stretch, an evening walk. Choose how often, between which hours and on which days. Tap Done or Snooze right on the notification, and see today's routine on the Home screen.

NOTIFICATIONS THAT DON'T ANNOY YOU

Many reminder apps notify so often that people switch them off, and then miss the one that mattered. RemindSafe is built the other way round:

• Everything due on the same day arrives as one notification, not five.
• Nothing arrives during quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM, and you can change them.
• Reminder times adapt to the hours when you usually respond.
• Once you mark something done, the app goes quiet about it.

A PRIVATE VAULT FOR YOUR DOCUMENTS

Keep PDFs and photos of important documents on your phone, locked behind your fingerprint, face unlock or PIN. RemindSafe reads the expiry or due date from a document, also from a scanned one, and offers to remind you. The reading happens on your phone. Files are never uploaded.

DOCUMENT TOOLS

• Scan a document with automatic cropping. Several pages are saved as one PDF.
• Turn photos into a PDF.
• Remove the password from a PDF when you know the password.
• Save PDF pages as images.
• Make a photo or signature fit a form's limit, such as 20 to 50 KB, or an exact size in pixels or centimetres.
• Compress a PDF to fit an upload limit.
• Join PDFs, and move, rotate or delete their pages.

NOTES

Quick notes with colours and pinning, saved as you type.

BACKUP AND RESTORE

Save everything (reminders, notes, routines and Vault documents) to one file and keep it wherever you like. Restoring adds to what is already there, so nothing is deleted.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No account, no sign-up, no login.
• No RemindSafe server. Your data has nowhere to go.
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
• Contacts are read only when you import a birthday or pick a person, and are never uploaded.
• Voice input uses your phone's own speech recognition.
