We believe that to care for someone well you need to know them well. And that means knowing their life stories, memories, likes/dislikes, moods, habits and needs. And the best way to get to know those you care for is to engage in activities, especially those that are of mutual interest.

We built ReMe after witnessing our young family members unable to connect with relatives, and carers treat our loved ones as numbers as they had no knowledge of the person. Since then, we’ve worked with people living with dementia, learning disabilities and care services to develop a rewarding means to build understanding between different generations, cultures and backgrounds, always keeping the person cared for and their loved ones in control of their personal information.

RemindMecare (aka ReMe) can be used by care facilities and by the families that interact with those they care for.

ReMe provides family, friends and carers with rewarding bespoke activities that entertain whilst building a vault of personal information. Together you explore pictures, music and video collecting favourites along the way. Fun to use, it’s a safe place to store and share information that really matters to the person cared for.

ReMe makes it possible to capture a life digitally. Through easy uploading and bespoke activities, a ReMe My Story grows to become an invaluable resource of personal knowledge, that’s available to anyone in the care circle.

ReMe’s secure in the cloud, usable on any device, from mobile to tablet and TV, and prevents commercial exploitation of your data. It’s GDPR compliant, used by GP’s and is NHS validated with G Cloud.

You’ll never have to repeat form fill, reupload content or explain to carers about the person, for ReMe’s portable along the care journey, being also used by businesses and hospitals.

ReMe is free to families and care businesses. But if, as a care facility, you choose to upgrade to ReMe Premium then you can collaborate with family and carers using shared calendars to provide reminders and keep everyone up to date, as well as integrate with care planning software. You can even use a smart speaker like Amazon’s Alexa to engage the individual when they’re alone using ReMe’s knowledge to entertain and delight, as well as provide medication, hydration and scheduling alerts.
