Remihome

Remihome is a smart home automation and control system for the home or work space.
It can work both locally and remotely if you connect it to the Internet, or fully functional locally without an Internet connection.
It uses the Zigbee protocol to communicate with smart devices and is compatible with a wide variety of devices from the most popular brands on the market. Allows connection with the Amazon Alexa voice assistant.
Compatible Devices:
- Sensors for temperature, humidity, pressure, vibration, smoke, gas, CO2, presence, window or door contact and wall or wireless switches and buttons.
- Electric actuators, to control plugs, lighting, electrical equipment, household appliances, etc.
- Lighting, allows you to regulate the brightness, on / off, color temperature change (From Cold White to Warm White), RGB color change.
- Blinds, awnings and curtains.
- Air conditioning equipment.
With Remihome you can:
- Create homes or work areas with different zones (Rooms, stays, etc.) and assign smart devices to them.
- Check connected/not connected status of each device.
- View the status of the properties of each device (Temperature, Humidity, etc.) and act on the properties that allow it (On / Off, brightness control, color, etc.)
- For smart devices with battery, view the battery status and receive a notification when it is below 20%.
- Efficient energy management.
- Access control and intrusion of the home or work space.
- Climate control individually by zones, either by underfloor heating, radiators, Fancoil, AC by ducts with and without motorized grilles...
- Create automation (Modes) to control multiple devices. For example: Create a mode so that at a certain time the lights turn off and the blinds go up, or if a presence detector or window contact is activated, an event is generated which generates a notification.
- Create graphs of the properties of smart devices.
