2024-09-27	Mo*****	This is a paid for service app and not what's expected from a company rasing the flag of environmental sustainability services, where customers collect recyclable meterials and sort them in a neat clean way and hand them to a company which makes money from my recyclables and on top of that they want to charge me for it. Really upside-down common sense. Don't give the users worthless points, instead give them a good quality service and save the environment.

2024-08-27	Mu*****	Thy will never contact you to redeem your vouchers and rewards are peanuts for the recycling we do with them. For around 150 kg waste the offered 100 aed equivalent points and that also not free collection.
