Horrible company, and customer service. If someone parks in your assigned parking space, the app allows you to take a picture of the violator, and enter the Lic place #, however, that's as far as you will get. They ignore your request and boldly tell you to take matters into your own hands.

I've been leaving voice-mails and using the chat line to never receive a return call back nor have I gotten in touch with an agent online. My cars have been cited for expired tags and 2 of my guest have been towed in the past 45days. I need this issue fixed! Mr James @ Pacific Ridge
