App isn't working. Was fine until a couple months ago. Now just sits on blue blank screen. Have reinstalled several times. Doesnt make a difference

I haven't been able to open the UG app for a month! It was great before lot of info. Not sure why it won't open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app a number of times. I need it for my daughter school and also for work with the school board.
