It is impossible to install this app. No explanation is provided on the error screen and their FAQ does not address it. Rebooting does not help. On the app page, they say my (common) phone and (up-to-date) OS are supported, but evidence suggests otherwise. Edit: regarding the reply: no, It most certainly has not been installed. That's the problem.

My first two Reimbursify claims were supposedly submitted to the insurance company on October 18. It's now two months later and I just found out the insurance company has no record whatsoever of any out-of-network claims submitted for me on the dates of service, or any other date. So the app seems to do nothing at all.
