2022-06-30	Dy*****	Ordered gas for the first time on this app. They showed up to do my dealerships vehicles but I didn't get my car even looked at. They did all the dealers car and plus some that weren't even on their list and I got completely skipped over. Won't be even thinking about ordering gas from here if thats the service I'll get. Not trying again either. Thanks for ruining my plans after work.

Required my address and specific information about my vehicle including plate number, make and model just to get access to the app, which I didn't feel comfortable giving. Edit: I gave it bogus information and turns out they don't even support my area. Why not say that when I entered my address in the first step?

2021-08-23	Sh*****	App updates not good. App keeps asking me to re-enter all my info everytime I open it. Gas prices shown are said to be based on my address but gas stations around me are 3-cents cheaper than Refuel. Also no delivery fee at gas station so that makes Refuel even more expensive. Unfortunately no longer using Refuel.
