Clinical Reflection — Digital Therapeutic Support

Clinical Reflection is an emotional tracking tool designed to complement your therapeutic process, connecting you securely with your therapist.

How does it work?

Access to the app is provided exclusively through your therapist — it is not available for free download to the general public. If you are already in therapy and your therapist uses Clinical Reflection, you can record your daily experiences and maintain follow-up communication between sessions.

🧠 Daily Emotional Log
Record how you feel using a system of primary, secondary, and tertiary emotions, based on a validated psychological model. Each entry includes intensity level and optional context.

🛌 Sleep Tracking
Record sleep schedules, nighttime awakenings, anxiety upon going to bed or waking up, and phenomena such as nightmares — key information for your therapist.

💊 Medication and Adherence
Receive reminders for medications prescribed by your therapist, with personalized schedules and dosage tracking. You can also add your own medications, keeping them private if you prefer.

🌊 Emotional Regulation Tools
Guided breathing techniques (4-7-8, Box Breathing, Heart Rate Coherence), 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, and progressive muscle relaxation, with professional voiceover and optional ambient sounds.

🆘 Crisis Support
Record panic attack episodes with intensity, symptoms, and triggers. Your therapist receives an immediate push notification, even if they don't have the app open.

📊 History and Statistics
Monthly calendar with your records, emotional trend graphs, and sleep patterns, visible to both you and your therapist.
