2024-08-05	Oa*****	I LOVE this app. I love that you can listen to scriptural based meditations, specifically LDS meditation messages, that help you focus your mind and put yourself more in tune with the spirit. I've used this for morning meditations and even to go to sleep if I've been restless in the middle of the night. Definitely sign up for this app. It's awesome.

2024-07-18	Me*****	The guide teaches breathing techniques and the like while also bringing in religious principles. I had been looking for a way to ground meditation in Christ and this has been a wonderful answer to that search! The guide prompts allow me to think so profoundly on my relationship to my God. Seeking those answers has made a difference in my life.
