The app frequently fails to load content, with users experiencing buffering or a loading icon that does not disappear.

Recent reviews

I have never yet been able to watch live TV on this REELZ app. It goes to the livestream and plays for about 3 seconds, then a popup tells me there is a problem and to try again. Frustratingly, sometimes the show will keep playing behind this popup, which covers most of the screen, but then it does eventually stall and quit. I can watch livestream on every other app, so it's not a problem with my phone. Also, I have tried 2 diffetent phones. No go.
