App frequently logs users out or fails to allow them to log in.
Numerous issues with payment processing, including double charges and failure to confirm payments.
Poor customer service and lack of support for resolving issues.
Inconsistent notifications and functionality, often leading to tickets despite payment.
App interface is clunky and unintuitive, causing confusion during use.

Awful. I had zero issues with Reef and now, I have a ticket because your app or kiosk is not allowing me to input my hours of being parked at the lot. I put in the hours I want to park there and the App doesn't go any further. I have messaged their help center at least 4 times regarding this. Please fix and yes I did all the things the told me to do. Irritated

Frustrating app. You end up paying more than necessary when parking. App states day rate is per hour when it isn't. Trying to fix an error in paying for a session is taking me multiple times emailing customer service. Park Again function doesn't work but woukd be very convenient. Notification option doesn't work but couid be very useful. If airport offered a different option. I'd use it.
