Fray and Bind

Fray & Bind hands you a rope bridge and nothing else - a traveler is already crossing the canyon, and the rope's tension is entirely in your hands.

Hold Tighten to pull the rope taut, or hold Loosen to let it sag. Left alone, the rope droops under its own weight - too much sag under the traveler for too long and they fall into the canyon. But hold it too taut for too long while their weight is on it and the rope frays; let the fray meter fill and that stretch snaps, same result. Wind gusts sweep the canyon at random, dragging the rope slack no matter how hard you're holding tension - fight through them, then ease off before you fray the rope you just saved.

How to play:
Hold the Tighten or Loosen button to manage rope tension. Watch the rope's sag and the fraying fibers near the traveler - between the two is the only safe range.
