আমার পার্সেল টা আজ 3দিন হইয়ে গেলো এখনও কেও পিকআপ করতে আসলো না। আর আপনাদের অ্যাপস এ বলা নাই যে কতদিনের মধ্যে পিকআপ করে নিয়ে যাওয়া হবে। আবার আপনাদের হেল্প লাইন এ ফোন দিলো 8-9 মিনিট পর হইয়ে যায় তবুও ফোন রিসিভ করা হয়না পতি মিনিটে 2টাকা করে চার্জ দিতে হয় । সব মিলাই বিজিখিস্তি অবস্থা। অন্তত আমি আর আপনাদের এই এ্যাপস আর ব্যবহার করছি না ফালতু।
