App doesn't work. I have the same app on an iPhone and it does work so issue seems to be android only.

Have this through work and it will not open the app at all. Very poor. Absolutely no use now whatsoever. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one and they are not replying to anyone. Appalling service
