from my experience I can say that I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by akash. I recharged to watch the world cup and there wasn't any connection. Yet, when I reached out to them for help their response was that it was due to the bad weather. I do believe that it could've been due to the rain however, FOR THE CONNECTION TO NOT RETURN AFTER SOO MANY DAYS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. And this isn't even the first time that it has happened.
