I used to have the app and it was great. I needed to change my clean date so I uninstalled the app. Now that the app is reinstalled I cannot add my name, change my clean date, and when I tried to add a background, I got an error that said "access denied" despite having all permissions granted. I am so disappointed with this app- it used to be great but now it just doesn't work the way it's supposed to.
