2026-08-27	Nt*****	my account got suspended I didn't even break any law, I tried adding my ACH account details the platform never wanted to accept my banking details I tried multiple times and the next thing I get a email saying they've banned my account for suspicious activity, they're customer service is poor, you open a ticket for assistance they don't reply back, I thought this app is better but clearly it's competitors like printify, printful, are better than redbubble

I ordered something first I would like to say the layout is horrible why should I have to put my card info first then my address but mainly I ordered 3 pins on the 16th of August and it's 10 days later and I'm just finding out that my order was sent back to the sender and you can't even refund unless you ordered less than 2 hours ago, they only will replace your item or give you a voucher no refund for people who never even got their item.

2026-07-26	Ri*****	not a functional app for creators looking to manage their shop. it's just for shoppers. however, there isn't any sort of separate app for managing shops either. so other than going on the website, creators can't tend to their shops as easily via phone
