It supports five different glomerular filtration rate formulas, including CKD-EPI, Cockcroft-Gault, Mayo Quadratic, MDRD, and Schwartz for children, allowing users to tailor calculations according to specific clinical needs. Available in seven languages—English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, and Arabic—it serves a diverse user base globally.

Beyond eGFR, it also calculates BMI and body surface area (BSA) and supports unit conversions between metric and imperial systems. Users can seamlessly convert measurements such as μmol/L to mg/dL and length units between centimeters and inches. The extension features a Chronic Kidney Disease staging overview with results.
