I like that I can message my counselor through the app and we can keep in touch faster than trying to call through the front desk. There's also a ton of tools that can help you with reminding to take your prescriptions. They even have a section in case you end up going somewhere that could be triggering. you can plan ahead with the app and figure out how to navigate that situation ahead of time so you prep for it.
