SCAM!!!! Completely useless. I paid the subscription fee and I never got a refund on bank fees, no notification about Recoup doing anything whatsoever, in regard to the process or the outcome. There is no place to access customer service or to get help at all.

Really hard to use and vague. You have to reauthorize EVERYTHING over and over again anytime you want to use the app which takes too long and is exhausting. Bank fee claims languish with virtually no informational updates then just expire with no summary of what happened. Nothing. Also, they want to send emails as YOU, but there's no way to preview what these emails say? I'd like to know what "I" am saying to my bank and credit card company. Just super janky and doesn't seem trustworthy.
