Unable to get through the contact number mentioned on website, it's out of service. Please get this issue sorted ASAP.

2022-03-25	Gl*****	Lots n lots of issues prevail in the app. The pc version doesn't let me view the ebooks designed for the app itself n had to get back to the mobile version. Students use pc so that get distracted. Even the technical team couldn't help me solve the problem. The kind of reviews u get is self explanatory and cries out for a better alternative

2021-11-15	sn*****	I wish I could give negative stars.Can't find content from app. It's really frustrating when you have exams in 20 days and you can't find pdf in app whereas it is showing in my files manager. When you go for help option in app there is no submit option to send your issue.There is only cancel option. Please resolve my query.

2021-10-26	Ar*****	This is another example of their laziness. Very bad UI. It doesn't support 'play from where was left'. In windows it's even more worse blue screen of death! All they did was add an option of pausing video before end which sometimes doesn't work anyways. Overall very poor app for studies. It is teacher friendly not student friendly.

2021-09-26	Mu*****	On the Laptop, you can't pause as it goes back to start. After a video ends the laptop shuts down. It takes ages for it to start. Not even worth giving a rating. A one star rating is also on the higher side. On the android device not letting me login as shows logged into another device.

If video is jumped forward in time it takes time to play. App doesn't even remember the last video file I was watching. Just make a good simple video player. Keep folders in some different sidebar. It's distracting. Improve your ui. You have only kept teachers in mind. Make it student friendly who are the main users of the app.

2020-10-05	86*****	When I installed the app it was working really well but since last 2 days it has become problematic .whenever I try to go 10 or 20 seconds back ,the lecture stops to play or after a while it starts to play from the beginning .Due to which i have to exit the app and replay the lecture again ,due to which I have lost my views also .I hope the issue is fixed ASAP

2020-08-24	An*****	Worst maintenance of speeding, video pauses while doing speed to 1.1 and blurs the sound when made to 1.2 or more. Not even one star for such thing. Even the service provider experience is bad tried 3-4 times for the same problem and resolved after 24-25 hours that too wosrt reply in a mail. Alot disappointed!

2020-08-10	Dr*****	I think One star is too much for technical support, it is worstest, it's through mail only, both the contact number is always being forwarded to other number, busy and out of coverage area from last 4 days, all time same replied to send errors image in email, it is really very time wasting for solving my query from technical support, I m totally disappointed, above feedback is only for the team of technical support not for application, because I couldn't able to view lecture in Rio play still

2020-08-06	P *****	Really saddened with experience. At a times it feels like harassment when it doesn't respond to your requests. I hope the tech team address various glitches in the application. Please don't spoil the efforts of Teachers/Educators who strive hard to deliver good content but technical support fails them! Please improve or at least improvise! Thanks 🙏🏻
