Track your steps, compete in challenges with colleagues, and prioritize your wellbeing with the Activity Tracker! Through syncing the Google Fit or Health Connect already on your device, you can see your daily, weekly and monthly activity directly in the app. After that initial sync is completed, you can begin tracking activity, and work towards achieving your fitness goals! If you do not see the Activity Tracker live in your app, please reach out to your HR team to enable the feature for you.

We use Health Connect to offer users insights into their physical activity by accessing only the data necessary for step and distance tracking. All data is read-only, used to generate meaningful challenges and progress tracking, and not shared with third parties.
