Recber Portal is a comprehensive corporate monitoring platform that digitizes end-to-end factory operations and instantaneously streamlines the data flow between the production site and management.

🏭 1. Live Downtime Monitoring System (MES)
Machine downtime is now recorded second by second.
• Live Tracking: Operators instantly see the live status (Running/Stopped) of the machines in their respective departments.
• Server-Based Timer: When a downtime is initiated, the counter runs on the server. The time continues to count even if the application is closed.
• Detailed Entry: Standard data entry with predefined downtime reasons (Fault, Maintenance, etc.).
• Reporting: Downtime analysis based on date, time, and machine.

In-plant "Know-How" is now being digitized.
• Visual Documentation: Operators record machine settings or production details in the system by taking photos and adding annotations.
• Approval Mechanism: Added notes are submitted to authorized managers (Level 3+) for approval.
• Correction Cycle: Rejected notes are returned to the operator with warnings from the manager and can be corrected and resubmitted for approval.

♻️ 3. Scrap Tracking & Analysis
• Department-Based Entry: Each department (Signal, Core, etc.) sees its own scrap types (HF Wedge, Copper, etc.).
• Graphical Analysis: Detailed graphs showing the increase/decrease trends in scrap over time.

• Stock Number Finder: A smart search engine that filters or "searches within" by 6 different technical criteria (Section, Diameter, Raw Material, etc.).
• Factory Count: Fast inventory counting with barcode reader integration and manual entry support.
• Secure Deletion: Deletion of critical data is protected by a special security lock requiring "Written Consent."

• Live Attendance: Instantly synchronized, department-based attendance lists for shift managers.
• WhatsApp Report: One-click sharing of daily attendance summary.

• Data Security: All data is stored encrypted on cloud-based (Firebase) servers.
