User Reviews

User feedback is mixed: many praise call quality and value, but a cluster of persistent issues undermines trust. The most repeated problems are verification and login failures, and difficulties signing up. Users also report aggressive subscription prompts, unwanted recurring charges, and poor options to cancel. Customer support is frequently described as slow or unresponsive, leaving users without timely help. Call quality can vary, with reports of hang-ups, busy signals, and audio crackling. A few reviewers mention positive experiences with refunds and the use of the service for international recharges, but overall the app's reliability and support need improvement.

Pros

Good call quality and reliable connections.
Competitive pricing for international calls.
Positive examples of customer service in certain scenarios (e.g., refunds processed).
