Got ticket confirmation e-mail. Logged in using same credentials as the one used to buy tickets. Don't have the "Wallet" option, instead there's "Tickets". And I can't find my tickets there or anywhere on the app. Please help. I'm on a device named 'Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G'.

this is the worst app I have. I am worried that I have now shared my ticket with loads of people. it didn't stop me sharing my ticket and every time I login I have to change my password. it needs a longer password than my bank and because I have to change it each time it keeps telling me that the password has already been used. Utter rubbish. Good job that the Lord's staff are great.
