Daon Call is a phone-dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) app that manages call and customer information all at once.

■ Call History at a Glance

It automatically matches recent calls with customer information and displays them. Missed, incoming, and outgoing calls are distinguished by color, and a missed call badge is displayed, similar to KakaoTalk.

■ Call Content Text Conversion (Completely Offline)

Recording files or voice are not transmitted to a server; instead, they are converted directly into text on your phone (using the Whisper offline AI model). Check the call content in text form without having to listen to it again.

■ AI 3-Line Summary (Optional)

Send only the converted text to the AI ​​to summarize the call content in three lines. (Can be turned on or off, and you can choose between a personal Gemini key or a company account.)

■ Automatic Post-Call Text Messages

Automatically sends situation-appropriate notification messages after a missed call or after the call ends. Detailed settings are available, such as excluding exception numbers and nighttime hours.

■ Text Message Management

You can send text messages directly to customers and keep a record of the messages.

This is especially useful for: Real estate agents and brokerage assistants, insurance planners, and other sales and consulting professionals who frequently handle phone consultations.

In principle, personal information is stored only on the phone, and converted text (text only, not audio files) is transmitted only when the AI ​​summary function is turned on.
