App crashes and videos won't stop buffering and cutting out. It was a frustrating experience for me and not worth the money. No customer service either to help resolve issues.

In general I enjoy this app but the app forced me to update and now it keeps closing as soon as it starts playing. I have already uninstalled, reinstalled, and restarted the device several times. Please help!
