I'm having major problems with this app seems like you the developers are not paying attention to what the readers are saying there is a problem with getting the rewards to read also I uninstaled the app with hopes of it being updated instead it didn't and when I tried to sign with my Facebook account as I did before it's saying unavailable plz fix thanks

I've had this app for a long time however, currently, despite deleting and redownloading the app I have an issue when it comes to topping up, earning rewards and the help centre. All are showing a '404 Not Found' Error. It allows me to check in, read from my library etc. But not these particular things. Since I can't even message through the help centre, I've had to resort to using this method... I will be happy to change my rating and review once this is resolved.
