I don't want to give a bad rating as I'm new to the association, but the app shuts down every time I hit ' request amenities access' . I've sent a message to the developer as well as cross creek association and can't seem to get any help. I ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. Very frustrated as Ive been here over a week and still can't enjoy the amenities.

Its a copy of the website ... except the functionality does not work. You can't upload documents for example. I don't see the use of this or why we are made to use it for things like access to the gym.
