ReadingMED PY

ReadingMED PY is a medical reference app designed for physicians, residents, and senior medical students in Paraguay. It provides quick access to summaries on pathologies, clinical calculators, medications, and procedures, all in Spanish and organized by specialty.

WHAT YOU'LL FIND IN THE APP
• Pathologies and Approaches: Medical articles by specialty (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Pediatrics), with descriptions, clinical management, and references. Access from a list compiled by specialty or directly from the app's search engine.

• Clinical Calculators: Two executable renal function calculators (CKD-EPI 2021 and Cockcroft-Gault) that calculate glomerular filtration rate and creatinine clearance by entering the patient's parameters. In addition, it includes frequently used scales and scores such as Glasgow, NIHSS, qSOFA, SOFA, CHA2DS2-VASc, HAS-BLED, TIMI, ICH ScoreScore, Silverman-Andersen, TAL, and others.

• Medication Guide: a catalog of the most commonly used drugs with summaries for quick reference.

• Procedures: descriptions of clinical procedures.

• Search Engine: find pathologies, calculators, medications, or procedures by typing their name, without having to browse through entire lists.

WHO IS THIS APP FOR? ReadingMED PY is intended exclusively for medical professionals. The content is educational and for reference purposes only and does not replace clinical judgment or direct patient evaluation. The application does not, on its own, make diagnoses or prescribe treatments for the end user; it should be used as a reference tool and clinical decision support resource.

PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
Full access to content requires an active subscription. Available plans: monthly, semi-annual, and annual. Pricing and details for each plan are displayed on the "Available Plans" screen within the app. The subscription is managed through the user's Google Play account.
