I have always been a fan, but lately, I tried to make booking 7x, and when i managed to get to the end order summary. It keeps saying the transaction failed to go back to the home page. It never happened before , i gave up, and I got my ticket in person instead, and I did let staff aware . The staff member said there is something wrong with the app???? . I even tried on the website, and it's still happening. Please fix it.

Sorry Poor User Experienced fornan App.... This app needs a redesigned.. I see no reason it has to be so slow and need to constantly need to reload pages for simple tasks. On a new fast phone with 5G it takes way to long to do simple apps. I now know whybI uninstalled it years ago since it doesn't seem tobhave improved. So much for responsive mobile apps.
