| 2024-11-14 | I own w400 humidifier. App lacks scedule for setting modes (sleep for example). After opening the app, humidifier is connecting for some time, which is very annoying. For the long time I was getting a reminder to update a firmware a my unit. But after starting an update, app just closes. I resolved it by downloading the app v 4.6. That version were able to update firmware, and ged rid of annoying notification. | ||

| 2024-01-17 | No help menu, few functions. There is a graphic of some arcing lines above the image of the humidifier. What are those supposed to depict? Why can't I know how much water is in the machine? I regret buying the hybrid machine. With the basic air washer, I can just look at the water tank and have all the information I need. | ||

| 2023-12-12 | It works until it doesn't. I run it - OK. I run it a few hours later - it just dies over and over. Given the fact that most of my H700 features are available only in app, the whole device usage is very inconvenient. As a software developer myself, I advise Boneco to find some decent software developers. Reproducible crashes in production are unacceptable. | ||

| 2023-09-16 | Seriously needs work. 1. Connection to devices dies immediately when you multitask or just go to phone home screen? Keep it active for a couple of minutes so that I don't get annoyed with constant reconnecting if I switch to a message or notification. 2. Sometimes app goes hard on bananaz and you have to manually kill it then restart. Multitasking + doing other things for a while. 3. More schedule options - max power limit for scheduled time. Say I want auto at night just 60% power max | ||

| 2023-04-21 | Very poor useless app. Works only as Bluetooth remote control. And do you know what it requires to find the device in the same room? GPS! Really? I can just push the button on device! No scheduling, at all. no history in menu "history". H400 has huge tank, to fill it you should take it off an flip. And the game of skipping the reminders to clean | ||

| 2023-01-30 | Very underwhelming compared to almost any other smart home device. The main problem is that for the H300 it does not have the ability to set a daily or weekly schedule. This feature seems reserved for the H700 which is really silly. This is not a high-end feature, but just a basic expectation of even the simplest smart home device like a bulb or plug in the 2020s. The H300 can only schedule to turn on or off in a one-off fashion, like a sleep timer on a 1990s TV. Surely this could be added! | ||

| 2021-11-28 | Horrible app. No scheduling. After the unit loses power, it doesn't turn automatically ON. For some reason it's on Bluetooth whereas everything else in smart house uses wifi, so you can't control it other then from app and basically must be in the same room. Who thought of this? My unit is H300. Still useless today. | ||

| 2021-11-19 | I would love to use this app to see the statuses and adjust settings for my two U700s. Think extended user interface compared to the U700s' commands and screen. Currently the app is a basic scheduler made to smell more accessories, but with no control or controls over the U700s. | ||

| 2021-08-01 | F235 Have to say nice simple easy to follow ace. So managed to pair the F235 in one go to my Samsung Galaxy A52 mobile. Played constantly for an hour turning fan up and down on and off and switching the Bluetooth off and on all worked fine. My next test was distance I live in in a first floor maisonette so I went and sat outside my front door. I tried using the app again and was frankly gobsmacked it worked. So for me big thumbs 👍up. Update...... still working absolutely fine | ||
