'is the possibility of being able to carry out in complete autonomy the request for order management regarding our service for the disposal of used batteries, access to communications and exclusive offers (valid only for registered users) and the possibility of creating a ticket assistance through the app. In fact, customers who need it will be able to communicate with our operators and their requests for assistance with it, thus being managed in a timely and efficient manner, all designed with a view to loyalty and streamlining of management procedures.
