TrackCoach is a focused training toolkit for sprinters, hurdlers, and their coaches. Everything runs locally on your device — no accounts, no ads, no telemetry, and no data leaves the phone.

• STARTING-BLOCK REACTION TIMER — Place the phone on the blocks. The app speaks "On your marks", then "Set", then plays a starter tone. The accelerometer measures the moment the device moves at the start, giving a
millisecond-accurate reaction time. Calibrate a per-device offset to compensate for sensor latency. Elite reactions sit at 100–180 ms. Bluetooth-aware: when audio is routed to a wireless speaker, reaction-time measurement is suppressed because BT codec latency makes ms-precision meaningless — you still get the audible start, just without an unreliable number.

• 400 m HURDLE CALCULATOR — Enter target time and gender. Get the exact split time and cumulative distance at each of the 10 hurdles, derived from the rhythm pattern used by elite hurdlers. Plan and verify race-pace work in training.

• SPRINT PREDICTOR — Enter two known sprint performances (a short and a long, e.g. 60 m and 100 m). The app fits the Glaeser sprint model to predict your time at any target distance. Useful for season planning, qualifying-time gap analysis, and tracking form across the year.

• WIND & ALTITUDE ADJUSTMENT — Compute wind- and altitude-adjusted times for 100 m, 200 m, 100/110 m hurdles. Compare performances across venues fairly. World Athletics formulas; wind range ±10 m/s; altitude up to
extreme venues like Sestriere.

• WA SCORING TABLES — Convert any track or field performance to its World Athletics Scoring Tables (2025 edition) points and back. All outdoor and indoor event tuples for men and women, 0–1400 points range. Use for combined-event projections, comparing across events, and assessing season targets.

• THEMING & SETTINGS — Pick a color palette and choose Light, Dark, or Follow-system mode. Live preview repaints the
app as you select, before you save. Your choice is stored locally and survives app restarts.

Localized into 26 languages, including Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese.
