RDEP - In Store App

The In Store smartphone application is intended to facilitate the store related activities like verifying the digital receipts, stock inward, stock outward, etc.

The app is designed to be intuitive and provide a logical workflow for all users. Functions require only a small number of taps for each task to be carried out. The following outlines the features and functions that can be accessed through the In Store App.

* Store staff installs the In Store application on the mobile handheld device and activates it using the manager’s mobile number. In this activation process, the device is mapped to the store thereby giving access to the app.

* Staff can verify the digital receipts received by the customers by scanning the QR code from the digital receipt using the in-built camera/scanner.

* Staff can inward the stocks to the store selecting the stock requests.

* Staff can outward the stocks from store selecting the outward requests.
