Certlok™ Overview

Certlok™ is an application to manage your professional (construction/operator/technician) credentials, certifications, and documents. The users will require a subscription to use the application features, which they can individually buy as an in-app purchase, or provisioned to them through their employer contract.

Core Features:
• Input, store, and share professional credentials and certifications.
Automatic verification of credentials (e.g., NCCCO, Commercial Driver’s License).
• Monitoring and alerts for credential expiration dates.
• Automatic generation of credential/certification PDFs for sharing with employers or site managers.
• Upload and access construction, safety, or union documents for onsite use or sharing.
• Auto-logging of credential and document sharing.
• Weather alerts for your location.

Employer-Specific Features (via employer provided user license):
• IncidentAlert™: SOS button for rapid NCC contact to secure legal protection, preserve the scene, and protect all parties involved.
- Pressing the SOS button sends a proprietary notification to the National Coordinating Council (NCC) to coordinate legal counsel for you and your employer, regardless of your location.
- Additional notifications are sent to your employer, their insurance broker, and, via the NCC, an insurance adjuster or forensics expert.
• IncidentManagement™: Incident Docs button for collaborating with a legal expert to document incident details accurately.
- This feature enables you to document incident details immediately, capturing real-time facts while they are fresh.
- It supports, but does not replace, existing protocols, ensuring critical information is preserved before site cleanup.
