Wellby: Your Well-being Buddy

This app is focused on supporting secondary school student well-being. It includes educational resources related to stress, sleep and time management among other topics chosen by students. There is a breath pacer with different breathing exercise options. Additionally, there is a chat screen where students can connect with professional health coaches who are there to help students work toward their specific well-being goals. The home screen includes a few features chosen specifically by students including an optional daily quote, a mood check-in and tracker, a calendar with daily to-do lists, and resources that the student has saved specifically for them.

"Wellby: Your Well-being Buddy" was named suggested by a student and voted for by the students involved in the co-design and testing of app. Thank you for helping it evolve and provide a pathway to offer further supports for students!
