YouCARe is the app for customers who have one or more policies with the AXA Group through Mobilize Financial Services and Nissan Financial Services.
Register in just 3 steps or log in with the same AXA Customer Area account.
With YouCARe, you can:
- keep track of all your policies.
- monitor your due dates.
- request assistance at any time thanks to the new virtual assistant: help at the accident site, real-time dispatch and geolocation of a tow truck, assistance in completing the Blue Form!
- file a car claim and monitor its status.
- if you have filed a car or motorcycle claim, you can book a service at the nearest approved body shop!
- contact your dealer. For other types of assistance, you'll find the Contacts section within the app with all the useful numbers.
- Download your policy documents.
