When I try to log into the app with my phone number i am getting the following "Error" " There was an error sending OTP to your phone. Please try again later." When I am signing in with my email am getting the following "Error!" " i/o failure " I having been making point of purchase sales from one of the businesses that uses weeve app and for months have not been able to upload my bills to redeem the points for the products I have purchased. I would like some clarification on this matter.

Is this app even still active? I wanted to use my points at NoodleBowl in West mall but they say they don't know if weeve still works since their machine doesn't connect to the server anymore. I have many points but nowhere to use them! Disappointing
