2024-09-13 | Enabling Biometrics does not work on the Android version of the RBC Caribbean app. No matter how much you try to toggle the button to enable it, at the bottom right corner of the screen, it does not respond hence it can't be enabled. | ||

2024-06-26 | Cant update. Fast forward to 2024. I am unable to log in to account. Had to call but can't get past the verification process. I can't recall 2 transactions on my account so now I have to go in to the branch to verify it me. Is there no other form of verification other than transactions? I don't use the card often. Waste of my time to have to go in to branch. | ||
