Connection timeout error. Really frustrating after spending money on a product that relies on an app to function and the app doesn't work anymore. I've un-installed and reinstalled with no luck. I can't even rest my password with the app. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! App required to operate product doesn't function properly.

Can't use app, so can't use infuser. Total waste of money. The non blue tooth infusers great. I wanted to make custom schedule so bought the $25 infuser, but it only functions if the app functions and the app hasn't worked in forever. Everytime I go to sign into the app it says connection timeout. I've tried multiple wifis, mobile data l, creating new account, uninstalled app and reinstalled and still nothing. Waste money going to Bluetooth infuser, it just a paperweight at this point.
