WHAT YOU CAN DO

Browse loads
• View Open, Confirmed, and Cancelled loads in one place
• Search by load number, route, or product
• Filter by material, priority, vehicle type, pickup and delivery city, load direction, visibility, and date range
• Pull to refresh and scroll for more results

Place and manage bids
• Open a load to see route, vehicle type, quantity, distance, TAT, and remarks
• Place a bid with your rate (₹ per vehicle) and optional comments
• Update a pending bid before it is accepted or rejected
• View your bid status and price history on the load details screen

Respond to special offers
• See special offer rates highlighted on eligible loads
• Review offer details before you confirm
• Accept an offer to allot the load to your carrier
• After acceptance, find the load under the Confirmed tab

Stay notified
• Get in-app and push alerts for load and bid updates
• Open notifications from the inbox or the notification bell
• Tap an alert to go straight to load details
• Filter notifications by unread, price, assignment, delivery, and messages
• Mark as read, delete, or clear notifications as needed

Track confirmed work
• Use the Confirmed tab for assigned and in-transit loads
• Review route, remarks, and delivery information from load details

Account and settings
• Sign in with email or mobile number and password
• Restore your session securely on the next launch
• Change your password from Settings
• Log out of this device or all devices when needed

WHO IT IS FOR

RayLogiX is built for authorized transporter users. Access is provided by your organization. Features you see depend on your assigned role and permissions.

WHAT RAYLOGIX IS NOT

This app is not a public marketplace for creating loads. Transporters do not create, edit, or assign loads in the app. Vehicle, shipment, and dispatch management are not part of the transporter menu.

GETTING STARTED

1. Install RayLogiX
2. Sign in with your organization credentials
3. Open the Loads screen
4. Browse Open loads and place a bid
5. Keep notifications enabled so you receive offers and updates
6. Accept special offers when ready and track confirmed loads

NOTIFICATIONS AND ALERTS

For the best experience, allow notification permission. On some Android phones, also enable Autostart and set battery usage to unrestricted so alerts can arrive when the app is in the background or closed.
