• Choose from ready-made day templates — full body, upper/lower, or push/pull/legs
• Log sets with reps and weight as you train, with a built-in rest timer between sets
• Swap any exercise in your plan without starting over

• On iOS and Android, steps and distance sync automatically from Apple Health or Health Connect
• No phone health store? Track walks and runs manually — distance is estimated from your stride, no GPS required
• Hourly charts show when you moved throughout the day, plus a full calendar history

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Fitness Champ has no account, no login, and no cloud sync — everything you log stays on your device. It reads step and calorie data from Apple Health or Health Connect only to show it back to you; nothing is ever uploaded, shared, or sold. No ads, no tracking, no in-app purchases.
