So calming and relaxing I really recommend it, besides the healing rejuvenating codes that provide balance, you will feel so much calm in. I used mostly for beth time and have helped me get out of my pattern of over thinking. I noticed that the calming effect helps me to get out of the fleur up of chronic pericarditis quickly.
